Commercial refinishing project at commercial building on Boylston Street in the Back Bay area of Boston. The refinishing project refinished the tubs and tile surrounds in 200 units in daily consultation with the building management as part of a larger building restoration. There was daily Quality Control on site every day during the project. Screw holes in the tile were sealed and smoothed and regrouting was done where necessary before tile refinishing. Also, furniture and fixtures were protected and covered before spraying commenced. There was daily communication with management and other contractors to coordinate refinishing with other jobs on site. Coordination is essential in commercial refinishing projects because quality results require a dust free environment during spraying and for hours afterword.
