This Brookline kitchen remodel was part of a complete renovation of this 3000 square foot split level Brookline home undertaken by Bay State Refinishing & Remodeling. The kitchen was opened to the other rooms on this level. This kitchen remodel includes all new insulation, plaster, drywall, windows, skylights, electrical and plumbing. The fireplace was retained and opened on both sides — one side was refaced with light-colored stone and the apron was redone in the same material.
A kitchen island with a gas range cooktop was added. Custom crown moulding was milled and stained to complement the new bamboo wood floor. This project highlights Bay State’s complete remodeling capabilities beyond standard bathroom and kitchen remodels.
