Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Boston needed help refinishing a bathtub in their hotel that had several chips at the surface of the tub. They were worried that the chips would still be visible after refinishing the tub. In addition, the location of the tub didn’t offer direct access to the standard venting system.

The team at Bay State Refinishing was up to the task. The team was able to repair all of the small chips at the surface of the tub prior to the reglazing process. In addition, Bay State has a special negative air machine that they were able to use to get around the issues with direct access to the standard venting system. The highly-efficient system reduced the airborne particles from the refinishing process and helped expedite the drying process.

In the end, the client was incredibly happy to find their newly refinished tub without any signs of the chip repair the Bay State team did at the start of the process.
