Winn Residential needed Bay State Refinishing’s help with refinishing the bathrooms in their Mystic Valley Parkway location. The work entailed four different buildings with 400 units in each. Bay State Refinishing’s team was up to the task. Working closely with the property management the team, Bay State’s team was able to build a schedule to allow for the completion of the work in only a few months.
The flexible schedules of the technicians at Bay State Refinishing allowed their team to accommodate Winn Residential’s scheduling requests as well as ensure they were maintaining a proper pace to get the work done in time. In some cases, Bay State Refinishing’s teams were able to finish more than 10 units in one day.
